Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

1. Access to this Site. Maldy permits you to view and use a single copy of this Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. You agree not to license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or re-sell any information, content, or services obtained from this Site. Maldy permits you to link to materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In addition, Maldy provide some images, know as banner, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites, or into your profile in any social network, provided that you include a prominent link back to the Maldy website. Maldy reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Maldy Site at any time.

3. No Relationship with Blizzard. Our site have no relationship with Blizzard Entertainment of any kind. We do not promote or act in behalf of any user or person which sells accounts or characters from World of Warcraft. The values here expressed should not be used in any site, place or action which promote the sell of accounts or characters from World of Warcraft. We do not sell or buy accounts or characters from World of Warcraft, and all of our services does not have this intent.
5. Content Posted on Other Websites. We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which Maldy.net links, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-Maldy website or webpage, we do not represent or imply that we endorse such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. We disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non-Maldy websites and webpages.
6. Changes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to this Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through this Site (including, the release of new tools and resources).
